Very disappointed in the hairpiece I received. Very little hair on wig and did not match my color. I found out after I ordered that you can't return a wig (my fault, I should have verified their return policy before I purchased). You can exchange but there is a fee. I didn't want to exchange because of the bad quality of the first wig. I donated the wig.
REPLY FROM Lori's Wigsite 6.14.2019: I wanted to follow up with you regarding your review on your last order for the Addition Plus.
Regarding the light density for the hairpiece, typically integration pieces that are supposed to be blended in with your natural hair aren’t super thick. But if you ever feel that something wasn’t right or possibly could be defective we would have been happy to discuss this with you and exchange it. Jon Renau also prides themselves in the quality of their products so they would have had their quality control department check the piece out if you felt it was too thin and not made correctly.
