Alexis from the Fair Fashion Collection is a mid-length Human Hair wig. This straight ready-to-wear wig is a blended cut with tapered ends. The hair falls naturally around the face for a feminine look. Alexis comes in a Confidence+ Cap with lace front. Confidence Cap has been created for those who are experiencing temporary hair loss. Other features with the Confidence+ Cap is 100% hand-tied, silicone strips for a stronger hold, Monofilament top, and diamond net.

REMY HAIR WITH INTACT CUTICLES
Fair Fashion uses only Remy hair with intact cuticles, which has been meticulously selected for wigs with 10-12 inch long hair because it preserves all the characteristics of our own hair, such as volume and softness. The cuticles help protect the hair from the many stress factors that can damage long hair such as frequent styling with hot tools, blow dryers or rubbing against clothes. Because of the cuticles, the hair on the wigs lasts longer without drying up as fast as in other wigs. Furthermore, because the cuticles are all aligned in the same direction they prevent long hair long hair from getting tangled. When each strand of hair is hand-tied onto the cap a short piece of the hair comes back out from the knot in the opposite direction from the rest of the hair (except in the Natural Cap). This part of hair is called “the return knot” in technical language and its cuticles are all aligned in the opposite direction from the rest of the hair. To avoid tangling the cuticles are partially removed in the “return knots.”

After using another brands’ wigs for a few years, it has been a pleasure to find one I like even more.  This brand Alexis by Fair Fashion was suggested by Mo at Lori’s wigsite, and it measures up in every way.  The cap fit is secure, my head size is medium, no adhesives are needed.  The colors are very pretty, mine is a darker rooted with blond highlights.  And my last  Alexis wig has held up well for about a year and 5 months and has still time to be worn.   It is made very high quality, which is very appreciated!

I just received this Alexis wig by Fair Fashion.  It is a beautiful human hair wig, colors 8R/10/12.  The blended colors are very natural and this wig is dark rooted.  The density is light, because it has a very layered style.  The hair is very soft and  attractive.   And the wig cap for me was medium, (my head circumference is 22”) and it fits snugly, yet there is a good stretch to put the cap on.  It is a comfortable fit…overall I am very pleased with my purchase!   Thank you Mo for your help and advice!
