Perma Rite #1 Plus - 1 oz Tube
Perma Rite 1 Plus was
developed for the Health Care Industry and exceeds all health care industry
standards of quality control and testing, i.e. non-sensitizing, non-irritant,
and hypoallergenic. Perma Rite 1 Plus was formulated with 60% more solids in a
silicone base to achieve a secure hold to the skin for medical devices and hair
replacement systems. Perma Rite 1 Plus retains its adhesive characteristics in
the presence of perspiration, moisture or water, which means it is waterproof,
lasts longer and does not become gummy or tacky.
Perma Rite #1 Plus is non-irritating, hypoallergenic and waterproof with the
ability to hold for 4+ weeks.
WARNING: Skin test advised. Keep out of reach of children. In case of eye
contact, flush with water for 15 minutes. If ingested, do not induce vomiting,
seek medical attention.

Specifications
DIRECTIONS:
- Shampoo scalp thoroughly. Rinse Well. Do no apply conditioner.
- It is suggested that you exfoliate the scalp as well. Make sure scalp is smooth and completely oil free.
- Clean PU material on wig/hairpiece with 99% Isopropyl Alcohol to remove any oil residue that may be present
- Position double faced tape around the PU perimeter to create a barrier between the graft and the glue
- Apply a fine bead of Perma Rite #9 Plus in a circular pattern on the center of the barrier tape (very little is needed due to its consistency).
* DO NOT APPLY ADHESIVE DIRECTLY TO WIG/HAIRPIECE * - Position wig/hairpiece and press down to the head. Apply 1-2 minutes of even pressure.
- Proceed with styling as desired. Do not saturate or shampoo for 24 hours.
SKIN TEST INFORMATION: A skin test must be performed 24 hours prior to each Perma Rite application, as some people may develop an allergic reaction either initially or after continuous use. No warranty, expressed or implied, is made to any user. Instructions for safe use must, without exception, be followed:
- All applications must be done in a highly-ventilated area
- Cleanse a small area inside of the forearm with a mild shampoo, rinse off. Let dry completely.
- Apply a small amount of Perma Rite directly to skin and cover with 3M Transpore Tape. Allow time to dry before coming in contact with clothing. Leave unwashed for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, make a visual inspection of the area to be certain that no redness, irritation, burning, itching, swelling, or other abnormal reactions have occurred in or around the skin test area. Discontinue use of that Perma Rite if a negative reaction occurs, and proceed to skin test another Perma Rite adhesive until you find one that is compatible.
- Perma Rite should not be used when the scalp or adjacent area shows evidence of any redness, abrasion, disease, or abnormal condition.
- If any irritation or abnormal reaction is found after continued use of any Perma Rite, it is recommended that you discontinue use of that particular Perma Rite until further skin tests are completed.
