Specifications
DIRECTIONS:
- Prepare scalp. Must be clean and free of any oils.
- Apply THIN LAYER to the scalp and to the PU perimeter of the wig/hairpiece. Allow to dry clear.
- Apply a second thin layer to the perimeter of the scalp and allow to dry clear.
- Position graft from the front to back carefully. No wrinkles should be present. Press out any bubbles.
- Press hair graft firmly in place and let set for several minutes.
- Proceed to style hair. Do not exercise or wet head for 24 hours. Avoid perspiring during this time as well.
SKIN TEST INFORMATION: A skin test must be performed 24 hours prior to each Perma Rite application, as some people may develop an allergic reaction either initially or after continuous use. No warranty, expressed or implied, is made to any user. Instructions for safe use must, without exception, be followed:
- All applications must be done in a highly-ventilated area
- Cleanse a small area inside of the forearm with a mild shampoo, rinse off. Let dry completely.
- Apply a small amount of Perma Rite directly to skin and cover with 3M Transpore Tape. Allow time to dry before coming in contact with clothing. Leave unwashed for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, make a visual inspection of the area to be certain that no redness, irritation, burning, itching, swelling, or other abnormal reactions have occurred in or around the skin test area. Discontinue use of that Perma Rite if a negative reaction occurs, and proceed to skin test another Perma Rite adhesive until you find one that is compatible.
- Perma Rite should not be used when the scalp or adjacent area shows evidence of any redness, abrasion, disease, or abnormal condition.
- If any irritation or abnormal reaction is found after continued use of any Perma Rite, it is recommended that you discontinue use of that particular Perma Rite until further skin tests are completed.
