5 of 5 When can I expect the unit? May 26, 2017

Regrettably, the unit I ordered some three weeks ago has not arrived and I am still eagerly awaiting receipt. When I log in to my account the message shows a USPS tracking number however, it only indicates that the post office was notified that a package would be mailed.
Is there a problem with the order? When can I expect to receive it? -

Normally custom sizing services take approximately 2-3 weeks for completion, as we have to receive the wig from the manufacturer, then process the service.  We try our hardest to make sure that the measurements are done precisely to the measurements you supply us with, so that the wig will fit you perfectly.  Again, we apologize for any delays, but your order was completed and was shipped to you by expedited delivery, so you should receive it within 2 days.  Thank you for your patience and understanding, and thank you again for choosing Lori's Wigsite.

Updated Review:
The wig I ordered a few weeks ago arrived today and what a beauty it is. I have worn wigs for the past 8-10 years and have spent untold amounts of money on units that I liked only marginally  however, I finally hit the jackpot. The wig is Gabor Renew; just the right amount of hair - does not look 'wiggy'.

Also I want to commend you on alterations to the cap. My head is unusually small (ultra petite) and styles in this size are extremely limited. You provide an important service.
